This year, the SEPS is using the APPA system for handling registration and classification of players. It is a little different than some as used to, but it's really not too difficult. - The team captain needs to create an ID for himself. It is not necessary to purchase an id card. We will simply be using other forms of picture identification.
- Then the captain needs to create an ID for the team, and he can use that team ID to register for the event. The entry fee can be paid at any point after this until registration is closed which happens at midnight on the Thursday before the event. You can pay the entry fee through the APPA using PayPal, or I'm sure the field owner would love to deal with you directly to save the hassle and cost of PayPal.
- After the team is registered for the event, all the players on the team need to get an ID as well and then give that ID number to the captain, so he can add the players to the team roster. Also all players need to upload a picture to there account before the event.
Once the entry fee is paid for and all the players are on the roster, you are ready to go for that event.
